The Fountain: A Female Fellowship for Flourishing entails a series of intentionally curated interactive and immersive experiences that offer a richly comprehensive and cohesive curriculum- covering everything from developing a personal rhythm that produces greater clarity, capacity and contentment (ensuring leaders achieve an optimal state of being) to incorporating a holistic and human-centered leadership framework that fosters greater professional freedom, fulfillment and flow (maximizing organizational impact).
The program will begin with an executive retreat that establishes a strong foundation for participants to excel at work and home by setting a clear vision for both, stewarding a sisterhood of support and sparking a movement that ripples out from the participants and into their orgs and beyond.
It will entail monthly full day personal and professional development sessions that incorporate a combo of workshops, peer based and cross-level breakouts and presentations that provide immediately applicable knowledge and skills back to their teams and improve performance.
